GMA Network brings action, mystery, and suspense with its afternoon series, ‘Bihag.’ Directed by Neal del Rosario, ‘Bihag’ stars Max Collins, Mark Herras, Jason Abalos, Neil Ryan Sese, and Sophie Albert.
The show premiered on April 1, 2019 as part of the network’s afternoon prime line up.
The series tells the story of Jessie (Max Collins), the simple and loving wife of Brylle (Jason Abalos), a pediatric surgeon. Living together with their son, Ethan, they are described as a picture-perfect family until they get involved in a hostage situation where they lose their son. The perfect family is shattered and things get worse as Reign (Sophie Albert) will come in between Jessie and Brylle.
The series’ recent episodes drew in more viewers as Jessie who was a simple and weak-willed person, transformed into a fierce woman seeking her revenge on Reign, the mistress of her husband. Wearing a silver dress, Jessie confronted Reign.
Viewers eagerly awaited the confrontation scenes. A video of the said scene trended on YouTube with one million views.
