The newest drama series of GMA Network, ‘Love You Two’ has already debuted last Monday, April 22.
‘Love You Two’ is a romance-comedy drama series top-billing two of the biggest stars of GMA Network – Gabby Concepcion and Jennylyn Mercado. Sharing top-billing with them is the promising actress Shaira Diaz. The show replaced ‘TODA One I Love’ on its timeslot that ended on Friday, April 17.
The pilot episode earned different reactions from the televiewers. From the cinematography, down to the artists, and the story, televiewers can’t help but praise the new drama, making it the top trending topic on Twitter nationwide, during its premiere night.
The Ultimate Star, and even tagged as the ‘RomCom Queen,’ Jennylyn Mercado was rained with praises and compliments for her funny expressions as she brings justice to the character of Raffy Batungbakal.
Even Shaira Diaz, who portrays Sam Batungbakal, earned praises for her remarkable acting skills to the point that she was tagged as the “New Millennial Queen.”

However, the pilot episode of ‘Love You Two’ didn’t fare well in the ratings game. It’s rival show, ‘Halik,’ that is concluding on Friday, April 26, remained on top of the new program of GMA Network.
According to NUTAM (Nationwide Urban Television Audience Measurement), the pilot global telecast of ‘Love You Two’ last Monday (April 22) garnered a rating of 8.3% that is lower than ‘Halik,’ which got 10.4%.
On Tuesday, April 23, ‘Halik’ still dominated with 14.1% viewership while ‘Love You Two’ got only 8.1%.
