Real-life couple Khalil Ramos and Gabbi Garcia are set to star in a movie together, entitled ‘LSS,’ for the first time. The teen star couple, though keeping a low profile, shares glimpses of their relationship in their social media accounts and has been the key couple that netizens look forward to.
On March 2, Gabbi excitedly posted in her Instagram account the caption, ‘Who would’ve thought we’d star in a movie together? Here’s to our continuous growth individually and together, partner.’

Khalil and Gabbi’s ‘LSS’ is one of movies we will be looking forward to during the Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino on its 3rd Year.
On March 28, during the official announcement of movie entries, Khalil and Gabbi arrived together. That was the first gathering that the couple were seen together.
Khalil is challenged to convince viewers that they both don’t know each other as portrayed in their characters in the movie.
“It’s really challenging for us at first na i-convince ang mga manunuod if we portray our characters well. Sobrang anxious at first and we keep on asking our director na ‘okay lang ba direk’ but then everything came out well naman,” he shared.
The teen couple also shared their experience on how they both crossed the bridge to make this movie happen in consideration with their mother networks.
“At first siguro, hindi naman sa nahirapan, pero of course medyo mahabang proseso dahil hindi sila maka-decide if this is the right thing for me to do, ‘yung path of it’s the right timing, or is it a proper movie for me,” said Gabbi.
“Ako kasi I do this movie wholeheartedly not because of Khalil, not because of who ever, I really wanted to do this because of the story,” she added.
Another challenge faced by the couple is on how they will be promoting the movie.
“Actually hindi pa din po namin alam, (laughs) hindi pa din po namin alam kung paano gagawin, but we’ll see,” Gabbi said.
“As long as we get the right permission, everything and anything for the movie to be able to promote and to reach our target audience, siyempre gagawin namin,” Khalil added.
Along with the LSS, Cuddle Weather, and Panti Sisters are also part of the Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino in August.
Looking forward for the final list of eight movies to be part of the festival before the month ends.
