Early this year, Jessy Mendiola started her Youtube vlogs and currently has 93,000 followers within three months. On ‘Tonight with Boy Abunda,’ Jessy happily shared how she ventured into vlogging.
“I wanted to explore… (Naisip ko) ‘di naman ako masyadong nakikita sa TV and puro movies yung ginagawa ko, bakit kaya hindi ko i-try,” she explained.
“Nakakatuwa kasi sobrang love ko ang vlogging ngayon,” she added.
Jessy is grateful that some of her viewers appreciate her vlogs and are happy to see the other side of her.
“I’m really happy na I could tackle anything under the sun. Yung content namin, yung topics namin ako din yung nag-iisip,” she happily shared.
Jessy is grateful that her boyfriend, Luis Manzano is very supportive with her vlogging. Luis used to be her videographer when they are on trips outside the country.
“Luis is very supportive of my vlogging. Siya din yung videographer ‘pag nasa ibang bansa kami,” the actress expressed.
Meanwhile, bashers can’t really hold still but talk against Jessy. How does she react and handle issues and controversy?
Jessy no longer mind her bashers, ‘dedma’ as what she termed. Though there are some issues thrown against her that she comments back, her belief is, “If you have your opinion, I have my own opinion too. So let’s just agree to disagree.”
The 26-year-old actress, aside from vlogging, also started her beach clothing line business. Is this her exit plan from show business?
“It’s not naman. I’m just preparing for the future also. I want something to do ‘pag mommy na ako. Puwede mong gawin at home inaalagaan mo ang babies and all,” was her answer.
Jessy is ready to settle down and have her own family.
