- Benjie Paras portrays Obet Reyes, following his life after his wife died in an ambush
- Obet plans to seek revenge toward his wife’s murderer but his sons try to convince him to back down
- Benjie Paras’ episode airs on Saturday, April 27, on ABS-CBN
Benjie is Obet Reyes, a perfect family man. Together with his beloved wife Amor Reyes (Almira Muhlach), they join the community’s dance competition in celebration of the fiesta at Barrio Buhay na Tubig.
On their way to the contest, they are ambushed. Amor is gunned down but Obet miraculously survives. When they report the crime to the authorities, Obet decides to keep the identity of his wife’s killer to himself and plans to take revenge.

Obet soon becomes secretive and often seems to be on the verge of rage. His eldest son, Dante Reyes (Charles Kieron) tries to convince him to finally reveal to the authorities that he knows that their longtime neighbor Gaspar Dagarag (Ryan Eigenmann), and brother Tedy (Arvic Tan) are the culprits because of a longstanding issue about their corn crops.
As his children find out that he intends to carry out a revenge, they beg him to back down.
Will Obet heed the plea of his children or will his vengeful heart get the better of him? Will justice be served in the killing of Amor by the Dagarags?
