Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray is a living superhero in the eyes of the underprivileged children in Tondo, who she helped get proper education.
On March 13, during her press launch as official Jolly Twirl endorser, Catriona was asked if she would be willing to take on the role of Darna?
She refused to answer directly, but she did say that she would be open to audition should she be given a chance.
“If the opportunity came to audition for a certain role, I would very much be open to it,” she said.
Although the beauty queen honestly shared that she haven’t experienced acting, yet she is willing to experience.
“Am I open for acting po? Yes, I’m open to every opportunity that may come my way. Acting is a field that I have not yet had any experience in but I’m a very eager learner,” she honestly shared.

After the withdrawal of Liza Soberano, due to a finger injury, netizens were starting to bet who they think can best fit the role of Darna.
One of the personalities that people have been setting their eyes on to play Darna is Catriona, among other famous names such as Jessy Mendiola, Pia Wurtzbach, and Nadine Lustre.
Catriona is currently based in New York as she continues her reign as the current Miss Universe title-holder.
