On February 28, after being evicted from the Pinoy Big Brother House, during the Double Nomination Night, the transgender ex-housemate Mitch Talao shared on Magandang Buhay how ‘she’ and her partner conceived their child Eros.
Talao is a transgender mom and her lesbian partner Dudz is a transgender man. Just to make things clear, ‘transgender’ is different from ‘transsexual‘.
To clearly put it, in an article on MedicalDaily.com, it defines and differentiates both a transgender and a transexual.
“Transsexuals are people who transition from one sex to another. A person born as a male can become recognizably female through the use of hormones and/or surgical procedures; and a person born as a female can become recognizably male. That said, transsexuals are unable to change their genetics and cannot acquire the reproductive abilities of the sex to which they transition.
“Transgender, unlike transsexuals, is a term for people whose identity, expression, behavior, or general sense of self does not conform to what is usually associated with the sex they were born in the place they were born. It is often said sex is a matter of the body, while gender occurs in the mind. Gender is an internal sense of being male, female, or another. During the interview, the partners shared that it was Dudz who gave birth to their child. Despite being evicted, Mitch shared that she’s still winning for having a partner who really loves her and their family.”

Talao mentioned that even if she failed to win, she is glad with what she has: “Sympre, para po sa akin, hindi man po ako nanalo sa PBB, ‘yung pagkaroon po ng pamilya na may mapagmahal ako na asawa at cute na anak, diba, Sobrang panalong panalo na po talaga ako.”
The host Karla Estrada also asked them about plans of having a second child.
According to Mitch: “Plano po talaga naming sundan si Eros, basta healthy baby po.”
Her answer conflicted to what she said in a conversation that involved Talao and two of her ex-housemates about how she feels making love and their plans of having a second child. In the video, Mitch expressed how much she doesn’t like doing it, and using protection to avoid having a second child. Take a look.
On the video taken inside the ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ house, the other housemates asked her if she’s the one who initiated making love with her partner, “Niyaya mo talaga?

Mitch said, “Oo.” Followed by another question, “Pumayag siya?”
“Hindi nga, at masakit daw, nagalit nga…”
Mitch shared to another housemate that she and her partner Dudz tried doing with protection, making sure that the act would not result to her partner’s pregnancy.
“Nagtry kami, nagbili kami ng madaming ‘C’ (condoms). Para nga hindi agad masundan si Eros.”
She also added that she doesn’t like how it feels doing it.

“Hindi ko din naman bet….”
Followed by the statement about people asking how they conceived their child.
“Yung Iba talaga curios, paano niyo ginawa yung baby niyo? Sabi ko siyempre, yung normal na ginagawa ng lalaki’t babae,” said Mitch.
