It’s official that the stars from the two rival networks, Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards are breaking the boundaries via their upcoming romance-drama film project together under Star Cinema.
The new onscreen tandem is aware that this project is something that their respective fans do not agree. However, they are asking the support from their fans and give this movie project together a chance.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News’ entertainment correspondent MJ Felipe, Bernardo said that it’s going to be difficult for her fans and so as Richards‘s, but stressed: “Bagong journey ito para sa amin, para sa growth namin ito. Sana huwag ninyo kaming iwan dito.”
The two stars are excited on their first team-up.
“Super kinakabahan… I think it’s a good thing naman po so kinakabahan ako and nae-excite ako kung ano’ng mangyayari dito,” Kathryn said.
“This is the first time that I’ll be working with her, also with Star Cinema, so it’s a great honor and experience kasi I’m really on the stage of exploring the craft,” Alden reinforced what Bernardo have said.

Alden on the other hand managed to say these words, “Tingin ko na sa kaniya mabait and very accommodating, sweet at saka but ngayon, ngayon ko pa lang makikita ‘yong talagang sa trabaho.”
Meanwhile, Director Cathy Garcia-Molina is excited aw well on this new team up.
“Noong in-offer ‘yong project tapos sinabi ‘yong casting, siyempre ang exciting kasi the story is about strangers meeting eh di ba strangers naman talaga sila?”
The movie is set to film in April.
