Maine Mendoza, aka Yaya Dub on the longest running noon time show, ‘Eat Bulaga!,’ became famous after her dubsmash videos went viral. It can be recalled that in 2016, Maine Mendoza wrote and recorded the theme song of the AlDub movie, ‘Imagine You and Me.’
During TikTok’s 1 Million Audition campaign, Maine Mendoza gave details about her long due promise to her fans.
“Actually, long overdue na ‘yan, e. Kasi matagal ko nang sinasabi sa kanila.”
She said that she’s working on creating her first music album that she wanted to offer to her supporters.
“Pero ngayon, I’m focusing on my album and sana po matanggap ng mga tao ang aking susunod na i-offer sa kanila. I’m working on my album. Wow, di ba? Abangan n’yo na lang ‘yan.”
She also shared that she wanted to grow and not to stay where she is right now. She’s thankful about how her career started. At the same time, she wanted to offer more of herself to her fans as Maine Mendoza – the solo artist!
