IBC (Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation) 13 is the home network of the shows where Joey De Leon starred such as Iskul Bukol (1977), T.O.D.A.S. o Television’s Outrageous Delightful All-star Show (1978-1989), TVJ (1990), at Back To Iskul Bukol (1999-2000).
