GMA Network brought back the Kylie Padilla and Ruru Madrid love team,this time in GMA Network’s new series ‘TODA One I Love.’ The series gives viewers a glimpse of local politics — all presented with a sprinkle of comedy and romance.
Under the direction of Jeffrey Hidalgo and Nick Olanka, the other members of the cast are Gladys Reyes, Victor Neri, David Licauco, Jackie Rice, Kim Domingo, Tina Paner, Maureen Larrazabal, Raymond Bagatsing, Cai Cortez, Buboy Villar, Archie Alemania, Kimpoy Feliciano, Ayeesha Cervantes, and Bruce Roeland
The said romcom was also timely as it featured a political parody for the 2019 midterm elections. We can’t help but notice that GMA Network is slowly coming up with good shows that will surely attract more viewers to stay tuned to their programs.

Based on the NUTAM survey on February 4, ‘TODA One I Love’ pilot episode failed to win the ratings game against ‘Halik’ with only 7.0% while the latter had 12.0%. The show from the Kapuso network, oftentimes get lower ratings against ‘Halik’ on NUTAM data.

‘Halik’ maintained its wide gap with 24.6% while new show ‘TODA One I Love’ settled for 9.6%. The KyRu series started as the twentieth most-watched program last Monday.
