Four years had passed when Empress experienced and overcame an unexpected pregnancy.

And now that she’s experiencing being a mother, a more independent Empress is what she sees in herself and able to say, “Pero, nung nagka-baby na ako, wala, e, nag-add lang ng happiness sa buhay ko. Mas naging kuntento ako. Mas naging masaya ako.”

“Siyempre naudlot po yung career ko. Parang gusto ko pa siyang balikan. E, siyempre hindi ko naman kayang balikan yun. Kung gagawa naman ako ng isang priority, may priority na ako, baby ko. Parang gusto ko naman na maging deserving naman ang pagkakaroon ko ng family. Na ibigay ko sa kanila yung buong-buo ko,” she said.
She give birth last September 27, 2015 and this caused to appear less on television.
“Siyempre, kapag nag-work na ako nun, pakonti-konti na lang. Unlike ngayon, gusto ko i-prioritize yung career ko po.”
The actress explained, “Siguro, ang regret ko po, in a way, in terms of my career. Pero it’s a mistake na hindi namin plinano. Parang bakit? Dapat planado siya, dapat sacred siya. Ganun. Ang mistake dun ay kung paano namin ginawa na wrong timing and all.”
“Pero, nung nagka-baby na ako, wala, e, nag-add lang ng happiness sa buhay ko. Mas naging kuntento ako. Mas naging masaya ako nung nagka-baby ako compared sa buhay ko nung wala,” she added.

It turns the regret to priority. Kung walang career na pag-uusapan, kung personalan lang, mas pipiliin ko yung baby ko.
“Yung baby namin is a blessing… that’s why kinontinue nga po namin, we know for a fact na it’s a blessing. Sa buhay ganun talaga, you can’t have it all. Half-half talaga iyan,” she said.
