‘Goin’ Bulilit’ is a groundbreaking children’s comedy show, making a generation of Filipinos laugh for more than a decade. Just recently on February 21, the original cast of the show proved that friendships really do last long. The Bulilit stars Kathryn Bernardo, Miles Ocampo, Kristel Fulgar, Sharlene San Pedro, Igiboy Flores, and John Manalo were spotted having a mini-reunion at a Korean restaurant.
This was disclosed after the singer vlogger Fulgar shared a photo on her Instagram and Twitter accounts and captioned it with, “Good times Ulitin natin to guys!

The Bulilit stars are all grown-ups and are making their own successes. The stars present (in the reunion) have not left the limelight and are still continuing their journeys in the entertainment industry.
Kathryn Bernardo is a breakthrough star is currently in a five-year relationship with her loveteam partner Daniel Padilla. KathNiel is one of the hottest loveteams of this time.
Miles Ocampo is also rising star in her own right as currently appears in the Kapamilya Networks comedy show ‘Home Sweetie Home’ also together with her is Igiboy Flores.
Kristel Fulgar is still pursuing her acting career. She was last seen in ‘Ngayon at Kailanman’, but she is more known for her music and vlogging, as she has done music covers with her former Going Bulilit star CJ Navato.
Sharlene San Pedro is one of the prominent VJ’s in MYX, the Philippines’ music channel, also, she is still pursuing her acting career and taking part on iWant’s newest original movie, ‘The Gift’ together with Bulilit star Nash Aguas; their fans dubbed them as NashLene.
John Manalo who also still appears in television shows had his last appearance with ‘Maalaala Mo Kaya‘s’ ‘Barya’ and last year he graduated from the University of Santo Tomas together with his non-showbiz model girlfriend Ericka Rabara.
This just proved that indeed the original cast of ‘Goin’ Bulilit’ has gone a long way since their stints in the ABS-CBN kiddie gag show.
Ocampo has recently disclosed that her friendship with Bernardo has somewhat been tested. It happened on ‘Tonight with Boy Abunda’ where she got emotional talking about what happened to her friendship with the latter. In the interview, she blamed herself, even if she claimed that she’s still unsure about how things unraveled. She did maintain that she and Bernardo are “okay” with each other. On an earlier interview with Bernardo, she said that she and the former just grew separately. She did add that she never forgot her friendship with her “Goin’ Bulilit” co-star.
