UAAP’s biggest events is set to open on Saturday (February 16) as the much-anticipated UAAP Women’s Volleyball Tournament finally blasts LIVE on various ABS-CBN platforms on television, cable, and digital featuring a pair of exciting games bannered by the most-popular volleybelles in the land.
The University of the East (UE) Lady Warriors and the University of the Philippines (UP) Lady Maroons open things up at 2 pm at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan while the Far Eastern University (FEU) Lady Tamaraws tangle with the National University (NU) Lady Bulldogs at 4 pm on ABS-CBN S+A, S+A HD, LIGA, LIGA HD, and iWant. Highlights of the games will be available on ABS-CBN Sports’ YouTube channel.

Fans are looking forward to seeing their favorite players once more in the country’s most popular volleyball league that has produced volleyball superstars such as Alyssa Valdez, Rachel Anne Daquis, Aby Marano, and Jaja Santiago. Expected to showcase their own star power this year are the likes of Chiara Permentilla (AdU); Kat Tolentino (ADMU); Michelle Cobb (DLSU); Celine Domingo (FEU); Ivy Lacsina (NU); Rose Baliton (UE); Sisi Rondina (UST); and Isa Molde (UP).
Fans can also look forward to the action on ABS-CBN’s streaming service iWant, which will provide livestreaming of the games to kick off the launch of iWant Sports.
