Ogie Diaz attended the blog conference of Kris Aquino regarding the official statement by her former project manager, Nicko Falcis, on Saturday, January 5. He posted his unfiltered thoughts about the Queen of All Media’s illness on Facebook through his “Mama Ogs Says.”

Kris announces her illness.
In the said blog conference, Aquino announced she has chronic spontaneous urticaria and some symptoms of lupus.
“I can tell you the truth, I’m allergic to every single medicine that can cure you or at least manage your symptoms kung may lupus ka. All my doctors are doing now is delaying it. They’re delaying the inevitable… Joshua and Bimby would literally have to lift me off the bed so I can go to the bathroom.”
An auto-immune disease is a condition where the immune system mistakenly attacks the body. Lupus can sometime cause inflammation to the kidneys, nervous system, blood vessels of the brain and hardening of the arteries. The disease can be mild or life-threatening.

In his Facebook post, Diaz assured Aquino that she will still be alive when Bimby celebrates his 30th birthday.
“Actually, andami niyang sakit na inisa-isa niya. After the blogcon, sabi niya sa akin, ‘Alam mo, pare, maikli lang ang buhay ko. Just like my dad. Pareho lang maliit at magka-size ang tenga namin. Kaya nga nag-pray ako at kinausap ko sa dasal ko ang mom na malakas naman siya kay Mama Mary. Baka pwede niya naman akong ihirit ng 7 more years para maabutan kong mag-18 years old si Bimby.” I told Kris, aabutin pa ng 30 years old si Bimby, buhay pa siya.”

Mama Ogs knows Kris won’t die with her autoimmune disease.
Diaz noted his thoughts about Aquino’s health. He shared that Kris won’t die due to her illness but would suffer if she stopped chattering.
“Alam mo, si Kris, hindi mamamatay sa sakit. Mas ikamamatay niya pag hindi niya ibinuka ‘yung bibig niya o hindi siya dumaldal. Hindi kasi siya naniniwala sa “less talk, less mistake.” O kaya “no talk, no mistake.””
“Dahil kahit bilinan siya ng doktor o ng lawyers niya na ‘wag munang magsasalita about the case or about her health, mas magsisikip ang dibdib niya kapag ‘yung alam niya ay hindi niya sasabihin sa publiko.”

“Imadyinin mo kung ‘yung doktor, sinikreto muna sa kanya ang tungkol sa mga sakit niya, alam mo kung ano ang ending? Sasabihin niya sa interbyu na, ‘I hate my doctors. Ayaw nilang sabihin sa akin ang mga sakit ko kasi idadaldal ko raw. I can keep a secret naman, eh. They just don’t trust me.”

Mama Ogs hopes Kris stands by her “rest from social media.”
Diaz would want Aquino to stop answering to her fans on Instagram posts’ comment section and take a rest from social media.
“‘Yun na nga. Sana nga, mapanindigan ni Kris na magpahinga muna siya sa mga social media accounts niya, dahil isa daw ‘yon sa nakakapagpa-stress sa kanya. So pipilitin daw niya. But knowing Kris? Makakatiis ba ‘yan? Kaya niya sigurong tiisin ang mga sakit niya, pero hindi ang pagdaldal kahit sa instagram at fanpage niya.”
