A recorded phone conversation of Kris Aquino and her former business manager Nicko Falcis went viral.
In the said conversation, Aquino yelled and threatened Falcis’ life. After her discharge from the hospital, the Queen of All Media went live to clarify many details about the Php40-million investment that Falcis allegedly stole.
Kris demanded an accounting for the Php40-million.
Aquino pointed out that it had been four months since she asked for the proof of where the money went.
“It was four months when we first demanded for an accounting for the 40 million, until now, none has been made. Mas matino pa ‘yung mga Thai partners… But all I asked was because nakapangalan kay Voldemort, ‘yun na lang ipangalan natin sa kanya, ‘the name that cannot be mentioned.’ Ayaw ibigay sa akin. ‘Yun lang naman ang hiningi ng lawyers ko, eh. Bigay sa akin ‘yung transfer para mailagay sa pangalan ng mga bata. Ganu’n ka-selfish. Pera ko ‘yun, perang pinaghirapan, tax paid. Ayaw ibigay.”
She didn’t add this in the case because “because kung alam n’yo ang legalities, hindi n’yo nilalagay sa kaso because you want to recover that money.”
Kris explained why she threatened Nicko’s life.
Aquino pointed out that it has been more than a hundred days after the said threat was publicized.
“It’s now January 2019. He waited 110 days. Kung grave threats talaga ’yon, the very next day, sana kinasuhan mo na ‘ko. Sasabihin n’yo, he was in another country, lawyers said all he had to do was file an affidavit. He did not.”
She admitted that what she did was wrong. She, however, revealed that Bimby was breaking down due to the symptoms of lupus she was experiencing.
“Nagkamali ako sa simula, and inaamin ko ‘yon, and I apologize. Nagkamali ako dahil sa tindi ng galit ko, dahil noong panahon na ‘yon — I’ll put everything into context — my son was breaking down, because he knew – dahil nga kay Selena Gomez – kung gaano ka-serious ang autoimmune disease.
He knew also kung gaano katindi ang allergies ng nanay niya, that’s why we came here para malaman namin, may chance ba para malabanan pa. If you see your 11-year-old son breaking down, hindi ka ba magagalit?
