ABS-CBN Creative Department Head Olivia Lamasan and Black Sheep head Kriz Gazmen revealed the list of planned films for 2019. Darna starring Liza Soberano is one of the most anticipated Star Cinema projects.
Star Cinema plans to release Darna soon.
Showbiz reporter MJ Felipe of ABS-CBN News asked when will the said movie be released. The movie is directed by Jerrold Tarog.
“Siyempre pinagdadasal namin next year. Okay naman kami kasi right now, Jerrold is already working on the scripts for Darna.”
Direk Jerrold replaces Direk Erik.
