- Dingdong Dantes is happy working with Kapamilya stars especially the young loveteams.
- He said that he remembered how he started in showbiz seeing these loveteams.
- The actor is also grateful that he is able to work again with the former Kapuso actor, Richard Gutierrez.
Dingdong Dantes, working with Kapamilya stars in the movie Fantastica, admits that he was entertained by the Kapamilya loveteams namely MayWard, LoiNie, and DonKiss.
In an interview during the press conference of the said movie on December 4 at the Dolphy Theater, Dingdong shared, “Personally, natuwa ako pag napapanood ko iyong tatlong love teams, kung gaano sila ka-close sa isa’t isa.
“Kasi siyempre, naalala ko noong bata ako, di ba, na sa love team din nag-umpisa.
“Nakakatuwa how they are towards each other, and how they are sa mga tao sa paligid nila. Nakakakuwentuhan namin.”
He also said that he is thankful to Vice Ganda for giving him the opportunity to work with the former Kapuso actor Richard Gutierrez.
“For the longest time, e, gusto ko ring makatrabaho si Richard Gutierrez dahil matagal kaming nagsama sa GMA.
“Nagsama kami sandali, sa pelikula niya, sa Mulawin The Movie [2005]. Pero maigsi lang.
“Ito lang talaga yung pagkakataon na magsama kami, at kagandahan nun, sa isa pang comedy film with all these brilliant actors.
“So, tama nga, e. Hindi siya porke Kapuso, Kapamilya, Kapatid, basta para sa Pasko, ibibigay namin lahat para sa lahat ng audience.”
The movie Fantastica is an official entry of the Metro Manila Film Festival 2018 and a star-studded movie featuring Vice Ganda, himself, Richard Gutierrez, Maymay Entrata, Edward Barber, Ronnie Alonte, Loisa Andalio, Kisses Delavin, Donny Pangilinan, and more!
The film will be shown on Christmas Day, December 25.
