Luis Manzano had a heartwarming birthday greeting for girlfriend Jessy Mendiola. He expressed his love toward the female star and his excitement for what is in store for her.
The happy post, however, was ruined by a basher who questioned Mendiola’s depression.
Luis greeted Jessy.
Manzano assured Mendiola that he will always be there for her.

Jessy finally spoke about the plane incident that involved Enrique.
Mendiola said she never got an apology from Enrique Gil after an incident inside a plane in September 2015. She, Enrique and other artists were on their way to London for the ASAP Tour. The minor confrontation happened where Manzano called out Gil, who was allegedly drunk at the time and was harassing Mendiola.
Enrique apologized for his behavior on national TV but never did to personally to the Jessy.
“Nag-move on na ako. May mga bagay… ikaw din kasi ang mahihirapan, e, kapagka hindi mo ni-let go yung mga ganung bagay. And now, okay na ako, e. May mas malala pang bagay na nangyari sa akin. And halata naman siguro na happy ako ngayon and yung mga dating nangyari, hayaan na natin yun.”
Speaking about the plane incident after three years caused another set of criticism thrown against her. Mendiola had sough professional help for her bouts of depression in the past. She almost gave up on her showbiz career because of the criticism and online bashing. She also revealed that she almost ended her life and wanted to spread awareness that depression isn’t a joke.
Basher questioned Jessy’s depression.
The basher questioned her clinical depression and slammed her for involving her Enrique and her ex-boyfriend, JM de Guzman.
“Sana masaya ka sa pag uungkat ng nakaraan. Move on, girl! Kawawa yung taong wala naman talagang may kasalanan. Dinamay mo pa si JM at Enrique Gil sa pagkaka depress mo. Kasalaman mo naman ang lahat. Ahas. Starlet. Flop Queen. Pumayat nga pero mabaho pa rin.”
Luis defended Jessy.
Manzano pointed out that the basher doesn’t know what Mendiola went through.
