Lots of positive reactions showered the trailer of Tony Labrusca’s upcoming ABS-CBN digital movie, ‘Glorious,’ with seasoned actress Angel Aquino. The actor is overwhelmed and thankful for the positive feedback of the netizens.
“Thank you so much for the positive feedback. I’m really happy that everyone appreciates it and I’m just grateful for the response.”
The trailer is filled with passionate scenes which caught the attention of the netizens. Tony said that despite the reactions of the netizens, he and the Kapamilya actress are thankful for their support.
“Honestly kami po ni Angel [Aquino], I will be speaking for myself, hindi naman po ako nababastos sa sinasabi nila, I’m just happy na nagsu-support po sila,” said Tony.
He admitted that he had a hard time doing the said scenes. He even jokingly admitted that he’s a certified magnet to old maidens.
“It took a while but me and Angel had so much respect for each other. I mean I had so much respect for Angel and she’s really a lovely person to work with.
“We both just have a sense of respect for each other. I was very shy and I was honest with her about how I felt and we just try to help each other out.
“Actually sa totoo lang, hindi masyado nagkakagusto sa akin ‘yung mga girls na age ko; laging matrona ‘yung nagkakagusto sa akin. Kaya nakakatuwa na biglang umabot sa point na nagka-movie na ako about that situation.”
Tony is currently busy promoting the film “ML” which started showing in cinemas November 7.
