Red Alert” tackles HIV this Wednesday (November 28), and helps debunk common myths and stigma surrounding HIV in celebration of World AIDS Day this December 1. According to data published by the Department of Health (DOH), HIV has been on the rise since 2013, but due to the lack of awareness and the stigma commonly surrounding the topic, many diagnosed individuals do not get the treatment and prevention needed to fight the sickness.
