- Liza Soberano proves that she is not afraid of cockroaches
- She played a “What’s in the Box” challenge as an endorsement of a watch brand
- Liza reacts to how the supposed endorsement video became a viral meme
Liza Soberano proves her claim that she is not afraid of cockroaches in a video that recently went viral.
The actress underwent a “What’s in the Box” challenge.
When she placed her hand on the hole trying to reach what’s in the box, the insect crawled on her skin.
The actress only showed a neutral face, which honestly, not many people can. The fact that some unknown insect is crawling on their skin easily gets on everyone’s nerves.
But that’s not the case for the beautiful Liza. She remained neutral and clueless. She keeps guessing it’s a cockroach where in fact it’s just a cricket.

The video was part of a watch brand she endorses. But, instead of the noticing the watch she’s wearing, the viewers’ attention was more fixed on the actress’ fearlessness.
So, the running joke goes “Umarte nang naaayon sa ganda.”
Liza watched her own video and said that she was laughing while reading the comments.
She said, “It was really funny, and I’m just amazed by how fast it reached everybody, and how amazed they are by it.
“I think I’m a pretty brave girl, but I wouldn’t say I’m fearless.
“Of course, there are things I’m afraid of, but I’m not afraid of insects. I’m not afraid of cockroaches.”
Liza Soberano has an upcoming film titled “Darna” which has been delayed for months, probably a year now.
Fortunately, director Antoinette Jadaone saves the day by proposing a movie to the LizQuen loveteam under Black Sheep Productions.
The movie to be directed by Jadaone is expected to air in cinemas 2019.
