Jenine Desiderio, Janella Salvador’s mother, refuses to comment about Elmo Magalona’s abusive behavior toward her daughter.
Janella alleged that Elmo physically abused her in September this year after a heated drunken argument. She also claimed that this is not the first time the actor did it.
ABS-CBN asked Jenine if she will be filing a case against the actor. She replied, “I cannot answer that right now.”
Jenine also revealed that Elmo already personally apologized to her.
“In fairness, he apologized personally three weeks after the incident.
“After talking to the Star Magic people, he texted me asking me if he could talk to me.
“I granted his request, the following day nagkita kami and yun we had a one-on-one.
“That’s when he promised me about the public apology. That didn’t happen.”
Elmo has yet to apologize publicly.
As for the ElNella loveteam, Janella Salvador and Elmo Magalona remain professional and were seen together in the Canada concert tour with KathNiel.
Sadly, that may be the last time we’ll see them working together.
