Nielsen TV Audience Measurement announced that GMA Network remains the frontrunner on nationwide TV ratings.
According to the National Urban Television Audience Measurement, the Kapuso Network proved that it is still the more-preferred network by Filipinos nationwide.
The network got a rating of 41.1 percent against its rival network ABS-CBN that only got 37.2 percent.
GMA gained the upper hand in the areas of Urban Luzon and Mega Manila with a rating of 46.9 and 49.1 respectively.
The top-rating programs of the Kapuso network are “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” and the new sitcom “Daddy’s Gurl” starring Maine Mendoza and Vic Sotto.
Other shows with consistently good ratings are “Pepito Manaloto,” “24 Oras,” “Studio 7,” “Onanay,” “Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko,” “Magpakailanman,” “Victor Magtanggol,” “Amazing Earth,” “Inday Will Always Love You,” “24 Oras Weekend,” “Wowowin,” “Pamilya Roces,” “Eat Bulaga,” “Imbestigador,” and “Asawa Ko Karibal Ko.”
