- Christian Bables and Cora Waddell talked about their upcoming movie Recipe for Love.

Multi-awarded actor Christian Bables finally got his lead role for a romantic comedy film Recipe for Love, oppositee Cora Waddell as his leading lady.
After winning numerous awards for his role as Barbs from Die Beautiful, and the Best Male Actor at the 2018 Hanoi International Film Festival for his performance in the film Signal Rock, he is finally going back to his rom-com roots with his latest director Jose Javier Reyes under Regal Films.
When asked what he felt upon with the director, Bables anwered that he feels really good about it.
“Ang sarap sa pakiramdam. They will let me fly as an actor na hindi na work ginagawa mo.
“Para akong naglalaro nalang sa set kasi sobrang tiwala nila sa gagawin ko don sa character ko kung paano ko siya isasabuhay.”
He also shared about the lesson that the viewers will get to pick up upon watching the film.
“Bago mo suungin ang isang bagay, dapay sigurado ka. Ngayon uso sa millenials magkulitan tayo, pakasal agad, bubuo agad ng bata. Masyadong mabilis and decisiom making ng millenials. Nakakapaso.
“Ang isang relasyon, and kasal hindi yan kanin na pag isinubo, pag napaso, iluluwa. Mahirap siya. Bago mo suungin ang isang relasyon, dapat sigurado kayo sa isa’t-isa.”
In the press conference, the actor also revealed his relationship status, saying that he’s currently committed to someone.
On the other hand, his leading lady, Cora Waddell, shared a bit of her opinion toward the true recipe for love is based on her personal experience.
The Pinoy Big Brother Lucky 7 ex-housemate said that even if two people start off in the wrong foot, they can still make a relationship work.
“My parents are total opposites. My husband is also my opposite.
“Syempre we also have things in common, but I think being very, very different can be inspiring for other people, not just looking for love, but it’s inspiring for yourself. Kasi, you never stop learning.”
Recipe for Love that also features Myrtle Sarosa, Sophie Albert, and Enrico Cuenca, and is set to open on November 21 in cinemas.
