- Lolit Solis reminisces about her time hosting the GMA Network talk show “Startalk.”
- She remembered the pain of saying farewell to the show and her co-hosts.
- Because of the extreme sadness, she decided never to accept talk shows again.
Lolit Solis is used to sharing her long opinions on the recent issues on social media.
Recently, she talked about herself, reminisced about her Kapuso show “Startalk,” and the reason why she won’t accept talk shows anymore.
She wrote, “Noon ko pa sinasabi, Salve, more than the pay you get from your work, what really hurts your heart [ay] ‘yung maghihiwalay na kayo ng mga katrabaho mo na kasama mo almost everyday.
Lolit admits that she is somehow traumatized with the feeling of saying goodbye to the show and her co-hosts.
“For more than 20 years parang nanay ka talaga sa grupo na iyong mga staff, the pay was good, the freebies will spoil you, but more than that, iyon samahan ninyo hindi mo malilimutan.
She was overwhelmed with grief when the show ended. Not wanting to experience the same sadness, she chose not to accept shows anymore.
Parang half of you namatay.
