After announcing her resignation, outgoing PCOO Asec. Mocha Uson vowed to level her attacks against President Rodrigo Duterte‘s critics. In the PCOO budget hearing, Mocha even threatened to have a fist fight, urging people not to restrain her.

Mocha noted that it will be like the time President Rodrigo was still campaigning for the elections.
“Kung ano ‘yung ginawa ko po noong panahon po ng kampanya ganoon po. Suntukan tayo, bakbakan tayo. Huwag n’yo na ako pigilan.”
Mocha called out lawmakers whom she is currently planning to target. She, however, refused to name them and mentioned her blog.
“Marami po diyan basta ‘yung mga epal na senador at kongresista kasi sumosobra na sila eh…. May blog naman po ako so raratsada tayo doon. Bakbakan na ‘toh, bakbakan na talaga ‘to.”
Free from constraints.
According to Mocha, she now has the freedom to target lawmakers. She claimed that as an assistant secretary, she was requested to stop criticizing lawmakers. This was done so she wouldn’t endanger the budget for PCOO.
“Malaya na po ako ulit na makipaglaban… Pero ngayon asahan ‘nyo na mas magiging matapang pa.”

Before Mocha resigned, many netizens have used a gif expressing their annoyance towards the sexy-dancer-turned-public-official. The gif was from the movie Four Sisters and Wedding where Angel Locsin dragged Mocha by the hair.
Angel shared that she knows of the clip which has hundreds and thousands of views on YouTube and has been popular among netizens. She noted that she doesn’t know why she sometimes goes viral. When she looks at the clip, she understands why.
“Kaya pala minsan nagtataka ako bakit ako nagva-viral, eh. Sabi ko, ‘Ba’t ako nagva-viral, anong nangyayari sa’kin? Tapos ‘pag titingnan ko, trending, trending, trending. Ah, ‘yun pala ‘yun”
Angel also finds it funny when netizens would share the clip.
“Nakakatawa lang na kung papano ginagamit ngayon, ba’t ako nagtre-trend minsan. Nakakatawa lang. Natatawa lang ako sa nangyari.”
Angel hoped that she and Mocha are in good terms. Although she stressed that the scene was not real, she mentioned Mocha was slightly injured when it happened.
