Lea Salonga praised Daniel Padilla for the preparations he did in his upcoming concert “Daniel Padilla Back at the Araneta.”
The said concert will be happening at the Araneta Coliseum on October 13.
Lea is a friend of the musical director of Daniel’s major concert and it is through the latter that the singer learned something about the young actor.
Lea Salonga posted on Facebook commending Daniel, “Was recently in an online conversation with a musical director-friend.
“It made me so happy to hear that a really popular artist that he’s currently MD’ing for is a consummate professional, showing up at the first rehearsal knowing his material.
“It gives me hope in the younger generation of artists and performers, that they take this showbiz thing seriously enough to want to give their fans the best they can.
