- GMA is rumored to revive AlDub Nation to improve “Sunday PinaSaya’s” ratings.
- Regine Velasquez will soon join “ASAP” which is expected to boost the show’s ratings.
- If GMA doesn’t find a way to help “Sunday PinaSaya”, it might end up like the defunct “SOP” and “Party Pilipinas.”
Now that Regine Velasquez is an official Kapamilya and will be joining “ASAP,” GMA might once again lose their Sunday variety show like what happened to “SOP” and “Party Pilipinas.”
GMA’s current Sunday musical variety show that goes head-to-head with “ASAP” is “Sunday PinaSaya.”
The Kapuso network recently stated that they are confident that “Sunday PinaSaya” can compete with “ASAP.”
Apparently, that may no longer be true since the Asia’s Songbird is already on “ASAP.” If GMA doesn’t find a way to improve the show’s ratings, then we might be seeing “Sunday PinaSaya” fold up soon.
Rumors spread that GMA Network is planning to revive the AlDub Nation on “Sunday PinaSaya” as a backup plan.
We can’t say for sure if AlDub has the same appeal as it previously had on “Eat Bulaga.” Many things have happened and there are mysteries between Maine Mendoza and Alden Richards that still remain unsolved.
Aside from that, Maine is currently having a great time with her sitcom with Vic Sotto and Wally Bayola titled “Daddy’s Gurl.”
While Alden is currently busy keeping “Victor Magtanggol” alive which is rumored to end this November.
GMA has not announced yet if the rumors are true.
