Kris Aquino is a big Korean drama and Korean pop fan. She already expressed her love in videos she made for her online viewers. In a recent Instagram Story, Kris noted how one of President Rodrigo Duterte‘s Presidential Security Group (PSG) looks like a leading man in a K-Drama.
K-Drama leading man?
In the said Instagram Story, Kris shared a photo of SAP Bong Go. She noted that his trip with the President in Hong Kong went well. She noticed one specific man in the photo who apparently looked like a leading man for a K-Drama.
“SAP Bong Go is my Viber friend… Big news their () trip. SAP Bong & i communicated this weekend, Saturday afternoon nung nangamusta sya i didn’t even know abroad sila. Alone ba ‘kong weird? Or did react like me after seeing his HKG posts “wow, PSG of PRRD looks like a K-Drama leading man.”
K-Pop craze.
In December 2017, Kris had a series of tweets, expressing her love for the Korean boy band, BTS. She joined BTS ARMY, something that the fans call themselves. She became a part of the ARMY the moment she found out they are UNICEF Ambassadors.

Kris also bought the same jacket that Jimin wore at the American Music Awards.
