URCC Global recently launched Colossal, its biggest fight card which was held September 29, Saturday at the Araneta Coliseum at 7PM. This was highlighted by the featherweight showdown between Top Filipino pick and South Korean fighter: Mark “Mugen” Striegl and current champion Do Gyeom Lee.

Universal Reality Combat Championship or URCC was founded by Filipino-Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belter Alvin Aguilar. Mixed martial arts (MMA) trend in the Philippines started through URCC with its inaugural event at the Casino Filipino Ampitheater in Parañaque City on November 23, 2002.
