The twins were last seen confronting their real mother, Sandra Tan (Irma Adlawan), after finally accepting the truth. However, there are still obstacles to overcome before their family can be truly complete, like the disappearance of Juancho (Christopher De Leon), who is having a hard time accepting the truth about Lisa.
There is also the threat of revenge from the syndicate Odonata and its leader, Primera (Denise Laurel), who is angry at Martin (Richard Yap) for helping foil her evil plans. Meanwhile, Leo (Robin Padilla) is determined as ever to bring down Odonata to help his wife, Lisa.
