- Monsour del Rosario and ex-girlfriend Agot Isidro may run for the Senate.
- Although they are friends on Facebook, they haven’t communicated in a while.
- Monsour has no negative comments on Agot being one of President Rodrigo Duterte’s many critics.
There is a possibility that Makati City First District Representative Monsour del Rosario may run for the Senate under the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino – Lakas ng Bayan or PDP Laban. In an interview, Del Rosario smiled at the thought of his ex-girlfriend Agot Isidro being considered for Senator under the Liberal Party. He, however, pointed out that it was 20 years ago when Agot mentioned she didn’t want politics.

Ex-couple as senators.
According to Monsour, battling against Agot would be “okay lang.” He continued to explain that Agot may not even run for Senator.
“But knowing Agot, I don’t think she will accept… As far as I know, she doesn’t want politics… As I know of her, twenty years ago.”

Agot as a Duterte critic.
Although they are friends on Facebook, Monsour and Agot didn’t have a chance to communicate since they both have hectic careers and busy schedules. Agot is also known as one of President Rodrigo Duterte‘s many critics. Monsour doesn’t have anything negative to say about Agot being one of those critics. He is just happy that Agot has moved on from her marriage to former husband, Manu Sandejas.
“Okay lang, hindi naman kami nagkakausap. Hindi kami nagkikita. Happy lang ako na nag-move on siya sa buhay niya after na mag-separate siya sa asawa niya.”

Monsour pointed out that everyone, including Agot, has his own opinion.
“Okay lang, personal opinion niya iyan and I respect that. For as long as you respect me, walang pilitan. I don’t force you, you don’t force me, we won’t fight.”
