The 1st Pinay winner of Asia’s Next Top Model Maureen Wroblewitz joins TAPE Inc.’s noontime show “Eat Bulaga.”
On the show’s September 22 episode, Ryzza Mae Dizon mentioned as a spoiler the word “Sissy” via a phone call.
Joey de Leon added that “Sissy” will be Boss Madam’s younger sister. On the following day, ‘Eat Bulaga’s’ Twitter account revealed that Maureen will be Ryzza Mae’s “Sissy.”
The show tweeted, “Boss Madam reunited with Sis Madam!”
However, the supposedly exciting addition of a new Dabarkads in ‘Eat Bulaga’ seems to have failed to please the netizens. People on the internet reacted that Maureen’s entrance is the show’s poor effort to revive its ratings.
Some netizens suggest that the show should’ve revived the AlDub fever instead.
While some are disappointed at how ‘Eat Bulaga’ continues to ignore the audiences’ suggestions.
With Maureen in ‘Eat Bulaga,’ there is a slight chance that Ruru Madrid will also guest soon since he has a great crush on the model. If the network sees a good chemistry between the two, we might be looking at a possible love team in the making.
