- Marco Gumabao reveals he used cucumber to make his crotch look big in the movie “Abay Babes.”
- He’s all right with it since it’s a comedy movie and he did make everyone laugh.
- The actor also revealed that he received indecent proposals after doing the scene.
Cucumbers are usually used to fight eye bags and acne, but it looks like Marco Gumabao has found another use for these greens.
During the red-carpet premiere of “Abay Babes,” viewers can’t help but notice the actor’s big and perfectly-shaped private part in a black swimming trunk in his swimming pool scene.
Marco explained why it looked like that. “Nahiya ako,” he remarked. “Siyempre, hindi totoo yun. Joke-joke na lang. Nilagyan ng cucumber kasi comedy, e.”
The actor said he has no problems in putting cucumbers to make his private part look big. He’ll do anything for the movie.
“Okey lang naman, walang problema. It’s for the movie, di ba? At least natawa kayo, yun naman talaga ang point namin. Kailangan sobrang exaggerated,” he said.
So, what happened to the used cucumber after the shooting?
“May kumain. Hahaha! Joke! Hindi ko alam,” he laughed.
The Viva artist admitted that he received indecent proposals after seeing the scene. Marco, on the other hand, was somehow insulted with the naughty comments on his social media account.
“Sa personal, walang indecent proposals. Siguro nahihiya sila sa akin. Marami sa Instagram, pero I don’t count that as indecent proposal.
“Actually, kapag nagpu-post ako ng picture na naka-topless, marami ang nagko-comment na nakakatawa.
“Ako naman, I look at it as a good thing also. Hindi ko napi-feel na nababastos ako because ipinost ko, e. I-expect ko na may comments na ganoon.
“Happy ako na na-appreciate nila,” he concluded.
“Abay Babes” is just one out of four movies of Marco under Viva Films. The other three are “Para sa Broken Hearted,” the Metro Manila Film Festival entry “Aurora,” and “Ulan” with Nadine Lustre.
