Robin Padilla expressed his delight in finding out that Malacañang had asked for Sen. Antonio Trillanes‘ arrest. The actor went to the parking lot of the Senate just to wait and witness the senator’s arrest.

Robin went live on Facebook. The action star was listening to a radio program report. He took a jab at Sen. Trillanes, demanding him to stop hiding under the Senate’s skirt.
“Labas na diyan, pare! Huwag kang magtago sa saya ng Senado!”
Padilla, then, mentioned how the Senator has a lot of excuses.
“Ang daming sinasabi ni Trillanes. Ang daming palusot! Nagtago pa sa Senado… Ang atapang atao, atago. Atago aSenado. Pambihira oo!”
Robin addressed his audience and shared what he was doing.
“Andito po kami sa harap ng Senado ng bansang Pilipinas. At dito po sa loob na ito, ay nagtatago ang isang Senador na mismong hindi ho sumusunod sa batas. Aba, kapag lumabas ang warrant at hindi ka sumama sa huhuli sa’yo… Eh pambihira ka talaga, diba? Anong pinaglalaban mo?”
Padilla, then, compared Sen. Trillanes’ situation to normal Filipino citizens who just can’t run away from the law.
“Alam mo, kaming mga ordinaryong tao kapag may kaso, wala kaming magawa kapag sinabi ng pulis na kailangan naming sumama sa kanila. Sumasama kami. Kahit na alam namin na wala kaming kasalanan, sumasama kami. Kasi ayun ang sinasabi ng batas.”
