Oyo Sotto and Kristine Hermosa have been married for seven years and have four children. He admitted that those years weren’t always smooth. He shared that the years with Kristine have been a roller coaster ride.
Marital state.
Oyo revealed that he learned a lot about and from Kristine. He noted how he would find out Kristine’s quirks whether or not it’s good or bad.
“Roller-coaster ‘yung mga taong ‘yon. Grabe! Quiet lang kami pero ‘yung akala mo, kilala mo na ‘yung tao. May mga, magugulat ka. Ah, ganoon pala siya. Meron pa lang ganoon siya. Kumbaga, you will discover the good, the bad and the ugly! Parang ganoon.
I don’t consider naman na pag bad attitude, bad talaga. We believe na kaya kami para sa isa’t isa, kumbaga, para maging tama. Kumbaga ako, lumabas ang pagka-very impatient ko…”
Breaking up?
When asked whether or not they thought of splitting up, Oyo revealed that they almost did. Oyo and Kristene thought that they shouldn’t have gotten married.
“The first year. Sabi nga namin, dapat yata hindi na tayo nagpakasal eh. ‘Yung mga ganoon. Dumating din. Pero talagang tiwala lang. Prayers lang sa pastor namin sa church. Counseling din kami. With the help of our pastor at ‘yung kaibigan naming matagal nang kasal, naayos din ‘yung isyu naming ‘yon. Kailangan ‘yung faith at si Lord nasa gitna ninyo!”
Oyo and Kristine have been married since 2011.
