- Bone Thugs-N-Harmony took their Filipino fans on a trip down memory lane.
- Today’s greatest OPM rappers also shone on stage during the concert.
- Bone Thugs-N-Harmony performed a very special song.
Bone Thugs-N-Harmony held a concert at SM Mall of Asia Arena on September 5th, Wednesday, performing before a crowd who were on their feet from the time the show started.
Needless to say, the Philippines’ very own local artists had the crowd hyped up with hits from Blaze N Kane, Shanti Dope and Gloc-9, performing Gloc-9’s collab hit “Norem” with Abaddon, and J Kris.
The Grammy winning rap group composed of Bizzy Bone, Wish Bone and Krayzie Bone (Layzie Bone did not make it due to an undisclosed reason) took their Manila audience back into the golden era of rap and hip hop with hit songs like “Resurrection,” “Thug Love,” and “Thuggish Ruggish Bone.”
The highlight of the night was their performance of “Tha Crossroads,” their Grammy Award winning hit in 1997 dedicated to the group’s mentor in the early stages of their career, Eric Wright (Eazy-E), who passed away in 1995.
This is the group’s second visit to Manila.
“Bone Thugs-N-Harmony Live In Manila” was made possible by Ovation Productions.
