Sharon Cuneta and Richard Gomez are happy to do a reunion movie after 15 years. This time, they will be working with top young star Kathryn Bernardo.
Sharon shared, “Of course, I’m very happy, very excited. It’s been fifteen years since our last project together.
“So, this is the 30th anniversary of our love team. So, nakakatuwa. And of course, it adds another hundred percent sa excitement because it’s our first time to be working with Kathryn. And another hundred percent if I’m allowed because one of my favorite directors and one of my best friends is directing us.”
Richard Gomez explains the story of their upcoming project, “It’s a story of three generations, three families, three marriages.”
When asked how Richard will juggle working on the movie and his responsibilities as Mayor of Ormoc City, he said he’ll somehow find a way to sort things out. Richard is planning to spend weekdays in Ormoc and weekends in Metro Manila.
Director Cathy Garcia-Molina said that it would seem like the production will be the one going to Ormoc to accommodate Richard’s busy schedule.
“Sila yung dadalhin ko sa Ormoc,” Richard said, “Para makita at ma-experience naman nila yung Ormoc.”
When asked how the director was able to convince Kathryn to do a project without Daniel Padilla, she replied, “Bakit hindi? Hindi naman sila package deal, di ba?”
Sharon gave Kathryn an advice, “Ganyan na ganyan ako nung umpisa. Wag kang papayag na package ka lang forever.”
Cathy Garcia-Molina agreed that a solo project is necessary for KathNiel to grow. Kathryn admits that this will be a big move in her career because she has been working with Daniel Padilla for many years. Direk Cathy added that Daniel is very supportive of this solo project of Kathryn.
The title of the movie is Three Words to Forever under the direction of Cathy Garcia-Molina.
