- After its successful opening of Jeju Shinhwa World, Landing Resorts Philippines Development Corporation is planning to open an Integrated Resort in Parañaque City.
- The said integrated resort will be named NayonLanding which will feature Filipino culture and heritage.

Landing Resorts Philippines Development Corporation is set to open a Filipino-inspired iconic integrated leisure and entertainment resort in the Entertainment City of Parañaque City by 2022. Dr. Yang Zhihui, Chairman and Executive Director of Landing International, hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on August 7, Tuesday.
The said integrated resort will be named NayonLanding.

Area size and development
NayonLanding, a family-oriented theme park, symbolizes the Filipino culture and heritage. The Integrated Resort will soon be built on a land approximately 95, 700 sq.m. in size where it is also planned construction floor area of approximately 610, 000 sq.m. The development cost has an estimate of US$1.5 billion.
NayonLanding will expand the corporation’s range into Southeast Asia after its successful opening of Jeju Shinhwa World, one of the largest family-oriented resorts in Northeast Asia. It will leverage on the growing brand equity in Jeju Shinhwa World to attract more tourists in the region to visit the Philippines.

Offers
NayonLanding will consist of an indoor cultural theme park, waterpark and a movie-based theme park. The Integrated Resort also offers 1,500 luxury hotel rooms which has a rooftop sky park and infinity pool. This will also have a convention centre with a 4,000-seater pillar-free grand ballroom, a shopping mall and a casino which will be operated by an internationally experienced management team.

Filipino-inspired
Dr. Yang disclosed that the Integrated Resort will create up to 10,000 jobs which will be given to Filipinos.
