- Balancio reported that Malacañang remains open in assigning Uson to lead the information campaign for federalism.
Presidential Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson took to Twitter to express her dismay at DZMM reporter Joyce Balancio. According to a report by Balancio, Malacañang is still open to the idea of making Uson take charge in the information campaign for federalism.
Balancio caught Uson’s ire when she mentioned about the latter’s previous faux pas of posting a photo of the Honduran police as accompanying image to a note about the Marawi siege.
Mocha slams reporter
In the said Twitter post, Mocha said that the reporter should have done more research before reporting on anything.
Research muna bago balita. Kayo nagbabalita ng fake news ngayon.”
Netizens are enraged
Defending Balancio, netizens fired back at Uson.
Her comprehension skills must be lower than that of a primary student. WOULD YOU BLAME AN IDIOT?”
“so sige ipaliwanag mo , bakit mo pinost yun ?
