The viewers’ family bonding will get more fun and exciting as “The Kids’ Choice”, ABS-CBN’s newest talent-reality competition, gives the power to five kiddie celebrities who will judge the performances of the contestants beginning September 1 and 2, seen outside the Philippines via The Filipino Channel (TFC), with its pilot episodes streaming via TFC online (www.TFC.tv), in most countries worldwide.
“The Kids’ Choice”, hosted by Robi Domingo and Eric Nicolas, is an original concept that features for the first time a panel of celebrity child stars called The Just Kids League will critique talented non-celebrity families called Fam-bato.
Leading The Just Kids League is the worldwide trending social media sensation Xia Vigor, who made a mark with her performances in “Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids” and with her acting prowess in numerous ABS-CBN series such as “Langit Lupa”.
Another is well-known child star Onyok Pineda, who rose to fame as the lovable sidekick in “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” and his transformations in “Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids”, will also give his take on the performances of the Fam-batos.
The viral child wonder Carlo Mendoza, whose shot to fame is his appearance in “Gandang Gabi Vice”, will add fun and entertainment with his signature gigil (gritting) reactions and witty quips that will surely put a smile on viewers’ faces.
“Goin’ Bulilit” mainstay and “Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids” performer Chunsa Jung will bring her cute antics to a whole new stage as she gives her funny and unfiltered comments on the contestants.
Talented skater boy Jayden Villegas, who was first seen and impressed viewers in “Little Big Shots,” completes The Just Kids League lineup.
Every episode, four Fam-batos will showcase a variety of talents to impress the kiddie judges to be proclaimed as The Kids’ Choice. Aside from their jaw-dropping talents, the families’ heartwarming stories will also take the spotlight as they share moving moments with The Just Kids League and impart inspiring lessons.
