Rumors are widespread that Morisette Amon and Sarah Geronimo do not exactly see eye to eye.
It will be remembered that Sarah Geronimo was Morisette’s coach in The Voice of the Philippines.
The rumor started when Morisette Amon and co-singer Angeline Quinto were alleged to have been caught laughing while watching Sarah’s emotional breakdown in her US Tour.
Both Morisette and Angeline denied the allegation. Amon said that there’s no way that could happen since she was at home when she saw the video of Sarah crying.
In her interview with Umagang Kay Ganda, she said, “Wala pong nangyaring gano’n talaga. Napanood ko ‘yung video ni ate Sarah na umiiyak, I was at home with my family.”
She also said that she’s a big fan of Sarah Geronimo, “To say na I’m someone who would be laughing at someone as big as Sarah Geronimo, na sobrang ina-idol ko, grabe naman sila na binabaliktad nila ‘yun.”
Morisette stated that the issue was baseless and a poor attempt by bashers to ruin their relationship.
