Direk Lauren Dyogi recently posted his seventh vlog on his own YouTube channel. The video was titled, “Vlog 7: Is PBB Scripted? It’s about time I speak up about this.”
While waiting for the plane to arrive, the director also mentioned that Maine Mendoza may have risen to fame differently if she had become a housemate.

Direk Lauren also noted that Maymay Entrata worked with Edward Barber. However, if Edward didn’t become a housemate, Maymay may have also risen to fame differently. He also compared the two with Maine and her love team with Alden Richards.

In his first vlog ever, Direk Lauren revealed that Maine actually auditioned for Pinoy Big Brother 737 in 2015. However, he didn’t choose her and called it a “bad call” on his part. The following month, July 2015, Eat Bulaga introduced Maine as Yaya Dub.
She then had a phenomenal rise into fame through Eat Bulaga‘s Kalyeserye and her love team with Alden Richards, AlDub.
