Based on its production budget and all-out support from network bosses alone, it looks like Victor Magtanggol is GMA Network’s biggest teleserye this year.
As expected, the cast of Victor Magtanggol led by Alden Richards, Andrea Torres, and Janine Gutierrez made the rounds of made rounds of Kapuso programs from morning shows to evening attractions to promote their fantasy-themed soap.
Heating up things further is the fact that Victor Magtanggol is being pitted against the long-running teleserye FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano. In an interview, Alden admitted that expectations are huge and they doubled their efforts to make this one work.
On pilot night (July 30), aside from its cast, Kapuso stars including Maine Mendoza, Dingdong Dantes, Kean Cipriano, and Marvin Agustin, showed full support for Victor Magtanggol.
