- John felt hurt that the writer had to involve his wife in the issue.
John Estrada says that he will push through with his plan to sue a veteran showbiz writer for libel. The issue dates back to the time when the reporter wrote in his column about the actor’s alleged rift with The Good Son co-star Mylene Dizon.
Lack of respect?
John says that he would have understood had the writer been new in the industry.
Spare his wife
John also felt hurt that the writer needed to involve his wife in the issue. The story in question related that John allegedly figured in a misunderstanding with Mylene because he had broken up with his wife.
John’s reply was brief when asked whether he and Mylene are “okay.”
“Hindi kami kailangan mag-okay.”
