Alexander Lee just got back to the Philippines. He recently shot an episode for Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko with Maine Mendoza. The latter in the series is Laura Patola.
Lee revealed what he felt when Mendoza mentioned to her friends that she knows him from his U-KISS days.
Working with Maine
Alexander admitted that he was worried to meet Maine for the first time. He added that he had already met Alden Richards many times. He thought, however, that Maine may be a ‘diva or whatever’.
“You know, I saw Alden many times and this is my first time to meet Maine in person. At first, I was… worried because she is phenomenal star. She might be mayabang,a diba or whatever. But when I saw her, she’s so down-to-earth. Just like a girl next-door, very nice, very friendly. So, I enjoyed working with her.”
Alexander also revealed that he felt honored and old when Maine mentioned her friends knowing him from his U-KISS days.
“She told me about how her friends know me and I was like wow, I feel so honored and old.”
Another Kapuso soap?
When asked whether he would be willing to work on another soap, Alexander smiled and pointed out that it would be up to the network.
“I love working here. To do another soap? You can ask GMA. Hello? It’s up to them.”
