In the decision of Malabon Metropolitan Trial Court, Xian Gaza is “Guilty beyond reasonable doubt” of eleven (11) counts of violation of Batas Pambansa Bilang 22, otherwise known as The Bouncing Check Law. He will also spend five years and six months and will also pay Php 2,180,000 bukod pa sa “legal interests and costs.”
Xian scammed two investors, Jaime Asuncion and Melinda Cruz. Jaime and Melinda talked to DZMM’s Lingkod Kapamilya when Xian went missing in action. Xian had violated the Anti-Bouncing Checks Law. Melinda stated that the viral suitor owed her Php 2 million with Php 20, 000 monthly interest for the alleged coffee shop that he wanted to put up. Melinda also added that Xian only paid for the first five months and has disappeared.
It all seemed like a joke as Xian still posted a lot on his Facebook account.
“Karma is real. What you do now will come back to you in the future. Life has a funny way of making you deal with what you make others go through. Babalik at babalik din sayo lahat kaya magbago ka na habang hindi pa huli ang lahat kagaya ko.”
Xian also updated his bio on Facebook.
“XIAN GAZA | 24 | SINGLE | GUILTY”
Xian also pointed out that he had a trip to Cambodia on June 28, 2017. Meanwhile, he has a trip to prison on June 28, 2018.
“One year. Nyeam…”
Xian also updated his profile picture with Erich Gonzales. This also showed how he had risen to fame, by asking out Erich using a billboard.
“Erich Gonzales, one year na yung coffee date billboard ko on Sunday July 1… baka naman pwede mo ng pagbigyan yung kape natin bago man lang ako makulong oh? Nyealamat. Umaasa, XIAN GAZA.”
