- Kris Aquino continued to spew hugot lines after another during the media launch of I Love You, Hater.
- She also persisted in taking a jab against Mayor Herbert Bautista during the said launch.
- This also made people question whether they are on good terms or not.
During the media launch of her movie comeback, I Love You, Hater, reporters noticed how Kris Aquino had deep “hugot” lines. Joshua Garcia, Julia Barretto and director Giselle Andres among others were present in the media launch.
The said “hugot” lines also made people think that Kris and Mayor Herbert Bautista are not on good terms.
When reporters asked the cast of the movie whether they agree with the statement: “When you love, you must hate.”
Kris also answered how one can run out of love.
“When you’re still capable of hating someone you once loved, that means there is still love. Pero kapag deadmabels ka na o care bears ka na sa buhay niya, that means naubos na yung love… Bago kayo mag-react, I still care about him.”
Kris clarified that she doesn’t care about Bimby’s father. However, she cared about Herbert who can make her hate him.
“Ang tinutukoy ko na wala na akong pakialam sa kanya, yung tatay ni Bimb, para klaro tayo… Pero kung saan tayo nakatayo ngayon, kung saan ang ABS-CBN, he can still make me hate him, so that means I still have feelings for him.”
When another reporter asked, “How did love and hate figure in my life so far?”
Kris also took another jab at Herbert when she answered.
“You don’t let hatred win. That’s the number one lesson I’ve learned. If they can still let you to have that emotion of hatred, then they’ve won. That was a process, ha, na you have to know kung sino talaga ang enemy and choose your battles carefully.”
