Matteo Guidicelli recently responded to a woman who left a negative review on his restaurant. However, another netizen called Matteo out on responding pettily on the said review. Matteo replied that he regretted on doing so.
In a Twitter post, he also added that he was hungry and didn’t have that much rest.
The said netizen wrote how Matteo couldn’t simply please everybody. Although people would read reviews, they won’t really judge the restaurant that quickly.
“Late reaction kasi now ko lang nakita sa FP Mali ka @mateoguidicelli responding to a negative review of your resto. You cannot please everybody. Meron talagang pangit na review. Ang tao naman binabasa lahat ng reviews di naman ijudge agad resto mo based on one bad review”
Then, Matteo agreed that he shouldn’t have replied.
“Yes I shouldn’t have replied. Wala lang akong Tulog that day and I was hungry.”
The netizen also replied back that Matteo shouldn’t reply back the next time.
“Wag ka nang magreply sa susunod. Mas marami pa ang positive reviews di mo naman ma please lahat.”
In the said response, Matteo wrote that the netizen remains ignorant in his opinion.
